How do I upgrade to a professional account from a student account?

Congratulations on your graduation.

Please email your new license to our customer care team at customercare@imageskincare.com and they will upgrade your account so you can begin shopping for your professional products.

How do I upgrade to a business account from a professional personal account?

Congratulations on opening your new business.

Please email a copy of your business license to our customer care team at customercare@imageskincare.com, if you would also like to be tax exempt and have filed the right paperwork in your area let us know in your email so we can send you out the sales tax exemption forms.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number can be found at the bottom of the shipment confirmation email that you receive after placing an order.

For all orders placed online, you can log in to your account, select the order, and the tracking number will be available to view as soon as the order ships.

Can I add an item to an order I have already placed?

Once order are placed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center to ensure you receive your skin care as quick as possible.

We are not able to add additional items to processed orders.

How do I find my invoice?

Your final invoice is emailed to you right as your order ships.

If you need a duplicate copy please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@imageskincare.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they will have transferred to our fulfillment center.

If you are unable to receive your order or would like to request to return the order you placed, please call our customer care team at (800) 796-7546.

Do you ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to PO and APO/FPO addresses if you call our Customer Care team and place your order over the phone.

What are shipping options and costs?

We offer $10 flat rate ground shipping on orders under $499 and free shipping on orders over $500. We also offer overnight and expedited shipping.

Pricing can be viewed at the time of checkout.

What is IMAGE Skincare's return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused and resalable retail- size products may be returned to IMAGE within 30 calendar days of purchase if accompanied by an RMA for a refund or credit of the amount paid, minus any outstanding balances.

All requests to return unopened, unused and resalable retail-size products after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Requests to return damaged items or shipping errors must be made by calling our customer care department within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA) number or have your order corrected at (800) 796-7546.

The customer care department hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm EST ( except federal holidays).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on professional-size products, peels, enhancers, t-shirts, trial kits, samples, products received as part of 10% back, products purchased as part of an opening order, or items purchased as final sale.

We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges should we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that a Product is not unopened or unused, with an unbroken seal and unopened packaging or not in resalable new condition, or should you fail to provide us with information or materials (including photos) relating to the relevant Products that we may request from time to time.

How do I get free samples or participate in the 10% back program?

All business account orders over $500 receive 10% back in samples, trial kits or marketing support that can be used to promote or sample IMAGE products to your clients.

What training or education is available to professionals?

We have a variety of training options. We offer recorded webinars, live webinars and in-person local classes, as well as live and virtual events throughout the year.

Can I use my IMAGE professional log in credentials to log in to Image Relay?

You must create a separate log in for Image Relay; however, you may use the same email and password if you prefer.

You may also download by selecting the downward arrow that appears on the top left of the selected image.

How do I reset my Image Relay password?

Resetting your password is simple.

What are Collections in Image Relay?

Collections are inspiration boards that allow you to curate photos and videos.

For example, create a board that features new products and share it with your clients by clicking "SHARE" and emailing or sending a link.

Your board will remain private until it is shared.

Where can I find photos and images to share on my social media accounts?

Hi-res product photos, videos, logos, social assets, marketing support, training materials, treatment protocols and more are available on Image Relay, our digital asset portal for professionals.

How do I download photos and videos in Image Relay?

Hover over the selected image and you will see a downward arrow; click this arrow to download.

You may also download by selecting the downward arrow that appears on the top left of the selected image.
